Magnum Digital Solutions Heads to Inkjet Summit 2026 in San Antonio

Steven Fyfe, CEO of Magnum Digital Solutions, will present at Inkjet Summit 2026 in San Antonio, Texas.

Magnum Digital Solutions is excited to announce that our CEO and Founder, Steven Fyfe, will join the industry's most senior production inkjet leaders at Inkjet Summit 2026, taking place April 27–29 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas in San Antonio, Texas. Produced by PRINTING United Alliance, Printing Impressions, and In-plant Impressions, the invitation-only summit brings executives, technology providers, and analysts together around the future of high-speed inkjet production.

Fyfe's sessions will focus on the single constraint that continues to cap growth for high-speed inkjet operations: the digital finishing bottleneck. As presses get faster, many production floors still lose throughput in the final stretch—where jobs must be slit, folded, cut, glued, and stacked accurately at speed. The timing couldn't be sharper: this year's Summit places automation and finishing at the center of its agenda, with new PRINTING United Alliance research dedicated to "Production Inkjet's Next Frontier: Automation & Finishing."

To make the conversation concrete, Steven will present two real-world case studies built around Magnum's flagship platforms.

Case Study 1 — FlexRetail at Target

The FlexRetail is a high-speed dual-stream finishing line purpose-built for inkjet-printed retail signage—running at 400 fpm, with an 11" × 7" sign format, 2-up stream output, and automatic format, waste, and splice control with job recall. Deployed inside Target's printing services operation, the line now produces 4 million signs per week across 2,000 stores—with a 50% reduction in labor.

"Magnum's team didn't just deliver equipment—they delivered a partnership. From engineering adhesive solutions to overcoming supply chain hurdles, their agility and commitment ensured we met our 3-month rollout deadline for 2,000 stores."— Dan Engelby, Senior Manager, Strategy at Printing Services, Target

Case Study 2 — FlexBook XL at Elcograf

The FlexBook XL is engineered for high-volume book block finishing on wide-format inkjet presses—1,000 fpm maximum throughput, 20"–60" dual-lane width capacity with no conversion loss, minimized blank pages across 4pp, 5pp, and 8pp signatures, and automatic format, waste, and splice control with job recall. At Elcograf, the line delivered a 37% productivity increase while running at full speed with just two operators.

"The FlexbookXL offers a fully automatic setup with Job Recall. The entire line from theAutomatic Splicer to the Stacked Book Blocks can run at full speed with justtwo Operators." — Filippo Coumo, Plant Director, Elcograf
