What types of finishing solutions do you offer?
Magnum builds equipment for high-speed digital finishing, including the FlexBook line for book-block production and the FlexCut, a sheeter/stacker module with variable cut-length options for commercial and transactional work. Learn more here.
How fast are your systems?
hroughput depends on configuration and format, but for example the FlexBook 2S lists up to 2400 books/hour (5”×8”) with a maximum web speed of 254 m/min (833 fpm). The FlexCut lists up to 30,000 sheets/hour (20”×28”) at 254 m/min (833 fpm). Learn more here.
Can your equipment run inline/nearline and integrate with our workflow?
Yes—FlexBook systems can be installed inline or nearline, are designed to keep pace with high-speed inkjet web presses, and support workflow integration via JDF/JMF (listed on FlexBook specs). Changeovers can be automated through a touchscreen interface to maximize uptime. Learn more here.
